Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your HAFELE HOME account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all screws, templates, and installation manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned hardware, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
